Position: Care Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing dedicated, one-to-one care for a residents.

• Ensuring the resident's safety, comfort, and dignity at all times.
• Working collaboratively with care home staff and healthcare professionals to follow care plans effectively.

Requirements:

• Previous experience supporting individuals in a care home setting
• A caring and empathetic nature, with excellent communication skills.
• Enhanced DBS check on update service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professional care standards.
• Right to work in the UK.
