Our client is recruiting for an Operations & Administration Manager to join their growing team based in Radlett, you will be expected to manage the day to day running of the Administration Team.

Responsibilities: Overseeing any customer complaints and ensuring all complaints are dealt with according to the company's complaints procedure, Managing the CRM Data & company reporting including data input and bulk data uploads, Chasing of outstanding commission payments and updating commission spreadsheets and taking ownership of their commission system including invoicing, data input and producing reports, Running monthly/weekly admin and 1-2-1 meetings with the team, Invoice processing and Maintenance of IT systems and equipment.

Skills: Strong numerical skills, analytical and data driven, Excellent verbal and written communication, It literate with the ability to solve minor issues, Excellent attention to detail and Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

Your package: £30-£37k, full time, office based fully, parking on site, 28-day holidays, pension, healthcare, progression and development.
