• Providing expert advice on regeneration schemes, collaborating closely with the firm's planning, environmental, procurement, and public law teams.

About YouTo be successful in your application for this Real Estate Solicitor position, you should have:

• At least 5 years' PQE. While direct experience in regeneration projects is preferred, the firm is also open to applicants with relevant transferable experience from areas such as property development, housing, or local authority property work.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with an enthusiasm for client engagement and contributing to business development within the Regeneration team.
