AP Specialist

6 month FTC

£35,000 - £40,000 pro rata

Based in the City - Hybrid working

Our client, a multinational tech business based in the City, are looking to recruit an AP Specialist on a 6 month contract basis. However there is the potential for extension or a permanent position at the end of the contract. The role is 3 days in the office, 2 from home. The client is looking for someone with solid AP experience, excellent communication skills and if you have used Concur before this is a definite advantage. Also, if you have worked for a multinational company before with experience of liaising with the US and Europe then that would also be beneficial.

Duties will include:

• Processing purchase invoices
• Reconciling accounts
• Assist with budgets and expenditures
• Support with all financial administration
• Liaise with suppliers and customers, resolving all queries.
• Processing BACS payments
