Overhead Line Site ManagerPower Networks, Transmission & Distribution ,Midmar, Aberdeen AB51 7NB£60,000 to £80,000 plus car plus benefits and up to 20% bonusOvertime + Working away allowanceJob Ref: J#removed#The Site Manager is primarily responsible for on-site project delivery across projects of differing scale, complexity and duration and for managing the technical aspects of the OHL projects.Resident on the project, the Site Manager, is jointly responsible, with the Project Manager, for coordinating the resources, support services and sub-contractors allocated, to ensure that the projects are delivered to the programme and in a cost-effective manner without compromise on Health, Safety, Environment and Quality.The Site Manager will maintain a joint responsibility for Health, Safety, Environment and Quality on allocated projects.You will have:* An extensive knowledge of construction methodologies within the electricity transmission industry* Competency to work OHL projects at 132, 275 and 400kV* Principle Contractor Site Manager knowledge* Temporary Work Coordinator qualification* HSG47 is preferred * Impressed Voltage training preferred* CDM Regulations 2015* Must have a Full UK Driving LicenceYou will be responsible for: * Ensure suitable levels of supervision to all sub-contractors, o i.e. scaffolding, o temporary roadways, o under-grounding, o civils, o access & accommodation works, o security, etc* Manage and co-ordinate the requirement for any Client specific safety documentation, o i.e. Permits, o Certificates, etc* Chair weekly site meetings with staff and sub-contractors.You will have:* An extensive knowledge of construction methodologies within the electricity transmission industry* Competency to work OHL projects at 132, 275 and 400kV* Principle Contractor Site Manager knowledge* Temporary Work Coordinator qualification* HSG47 is preferred * Impressed Voltage training preferred* CDM Regulations 2015* Must have a Full UK Driving LicenceWould suit a Site Manager, Site Construction Engineer, Site Engineer, Operations Engineer, Project EngineerTo apply speak to Cindy AndersonWe also have roles in Project Engineering, Site Management, Operations Management, Site Engineering, Design, Health and Safety and Compliance
