Challengetrg. are currently seeking experienced Administrators HR background would be beneficial for one of its leading clients int he rink industry sector. Candidates who wish to apply must have a strong Admin Background and possess many of the below requirements

  • Experience
    • Docusign
    • All Microsoft office programs
    • Share Point
  • Prepare offer letters/packs for ungraded (non-wired) colleagues (using Docusign system)
  • Ensure relevant documents are scanned and held electronically on personnel files
  • Be responsible for the population and merging and posting of all bulk letters
  • To maintain all template letters ensuring they remain legal and compliant (changes will need to be signed off by the HRBP) and will provide copies of template letters to managers upon request
  • Take notes of meetings (ie welfare, grievances etc) as and when required
  • Complete any reports on a weekly and monthly basis (Productivity, MOR) along with data analysis
  • Will be responsible for producing all letters relating to maternity, paternity, changes of contracts, flexible working requests, any other letters as required by the business
  • be responsible for completing all subject access requests. to be signed off by associate/ HRBP
  • Supporting site management with engagement activities
  • Supporting the HR team with admin support where appropriate such as completing hotel requests and supporting management in requesting occupational health reports
  • Completing employee reference requests such as mortgages and visa requests for ungraded, non-wired colleagues
  • Updating current templates to accurately reflect current legal regulations
  • Coordination of pay addendums/ rates nationally
  • Administration of tasks such as annual flu jabs through communication with central functions
  • Support any HR Projects as and when required
  • Assist with Subject Access Requests
  • Maintaining and upholding GDPR requirements
  • Maintain consolidated documentation and information for all sites/data management/analysis
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of company policies in order to ensure correct use of appropriate documents
