Application Requirements:

• Relevant experience working in an Early Years or primary school setting.
• Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
• A passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A valid DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities that meet the EYFS framework.
• Supporting children in their social, emotional, and academic development.
• Helping to maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
• Working one-on-one or with small groups of children, focusing on individual needs.
• Encouraging positive behavior and promoting the school's values.
