Driver Hire (Torbay) is hiring multiple Class 2 drivers for a great opportunity with our client in Kingsbridge. You'll work with a dedicated team, collecting refuse and recycling from residential properties. This role offers a temp-to-perm pathway if you're looking for stability.
Job Details
- Start Time: 06:45 am, finishing once the route is completed
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, with Saturday shifts during Bank Holiday weeks
- Pay: £17.37 - £26.06 per hour (PAYE ADV), with additional payment options
- Start Date: Immediate for qualified drivers
Requirements
- Licence: Category C driving licence
- Certifications: Valid CPC and digital tachograph cards
- Driving Record: No more than 6 penalty points (no DR, DD, or IN convictions)
- Physical Fitness: Must be capable of lifting and carrying
- Transport: Own vehicle for commuting
- Communication: Mobile phone required for route updates
