Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services, is currently recruiting for a Reporting Engineer to work with a globally recognized leader in construction and project management.

The Role:

The Reporting Engineer will be responsible for establishing a comprehensive data management framework that enables the issuance of automated reports and visuals in a timely and efficient manner using Power-Bi. This role involves coordination with internal and external teams to ensure the accuracy and coherence of data reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an Overall Reporting System and Data Management Framework.
• Set up and maintain databases for automated reporting using Power Query.
• Create Power-Bi reports covering design, procurement, and construction functions.
• Coordinate data management with various discipline leads to facilitate accurate and timely reporting.
• Generate visuals for reporting using Power-Bi.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

Essential:

• Proficiency in Power-Query and Power-Bi.
• Experience with Primavera (all versions).
• Competency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Strong report writing and presentation skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Logical thinking with high attention to detail.
• Some experience in planning and project control within the construction industry.
• Understanding of project controls, planning, and performance reporting.
• Knowledge of construction methods, plant, equipment, and labor requirements.

Desirable:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps/Lists.
• Degree, HND, or equivalent in a relevant field.
