Reed Finance is happy to partner with a fast-growing hospitality company looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their expanding team in London.
The successful candidate will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for a prominent hospitality group. This role involves driving data-driven decision-making to optimize profitability, manage revenue-sharing agreements, and oversee financial reporting for joint ventures.
Day-to-day of the role: -
Financial Planning & Budgeting
- Develop annual budgets and long-range plans for all business units including restaurants, kiosks, and catering.
- Conduct scenario analyses for lease agreements and revenue-sharing structures.

Forecasting & Performance Analysis
- Prepare regular forecasts for business sites, identifying potential financial risks.
- Analyse site-level P&Ls with a focus on profitability, event catering margins, and JV cash flows.

Business Partnering
- Provide strategic advice on pricing strategies to Operations teams.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to evaluate new ventures and prepare feasibility analyses for various event formats.

Reporting & Systems
- Deliver executive dashboards with key performance indicators using Power BI.
- Prepare monthly management packs for executives, including financial commentary and analysis of capital expenditures and investments.

Cash Forecast
- Conduct comprehensive cash forecasts across various time frames.
- Identify liquidity risks and provide recommendations.
- Prepare actual cash flow statements monthly.
Required Skills & Qualifications - Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A, preferably within the hospitality, food & beverage, or multi-site retail sectors.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for complex financial modelling.
- Experience with accounting systems like Xero and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong understanding of key hospitality metrics such as cover counts, average spend, and labour cost ratios.
