THE ROLE

Your job role will be to assist with keeping the office and workload running smoothly. This will involve being in a highly dynamic and fast paced team, with the working environment allowing you to communicate with engineers, suppliers and both commercial and domestic customers. The ideal candidate will be able to manage the workload with willingness and professionalism. You will need to deal with both incoming phone calls and emails, attending to the customers' requirements with a fast response.

DUTIES


· Looking after both the Admin and emails.


· Answering incoming phone calls and emails.


· Liaising with customers and booking in corrective visits if faults and queries arise on their systems.


· Liaising with large companies, using CRM's scheduling both Corrective and Preventative jobs for shared customers.


· Working closely with the Director, managing his diary, and booking in site surveys for incoming quotes.


· Regularly using Excel

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A main part of your job role will require you to complete Servicing. In this role you will be scheduling Routine Maintenance Checks, this is a key part of withholding our NSI accreditation. The customer (based on their type of system, monitored and non-monitored) will require a routine check either annually or bi-annually. You will be liaising with both domestic and commercial customers, largely based in and around Cambridge, but with exceptions being in London and further afield.

The candidate will need to follow processes, with different types of communications to the customer. This will include sending communications via post, then with two follow-up phone calls. You will then be booking these visits into our CRM software (CASH). The service engineers will then report to you with the completed jobs, you will then need to complete their online paperwork via the CRM software.

Pay: £26,880.00-£30,344.00 per year
