The Role:
We are seeking a Static Maintenance Electrician to join a prestigious contract with a high-profile client. This is your chance to work in a top-tier commercial building, maintaining electrical systems and ensuring smooth operation across a range of equipment. Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance (50/50 split).

* Maintain and repair electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and HVAC.

* Handle minor installations and small works as needed.

* Work alongside a small, tight-knit team of engineers and contractors.

* Take part in the call-out rota, offering support during emergencies.

* Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients and building occupants.

* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Skills & Qualifications:

* 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations.

* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) / NVQ Level 3 in M&E (or equivalent).

* Previous experience in commercial maintenance is a strong advantage.

* Strong communication and client-facing skills.

* Proactive approach and problem-solving mindset.
