Job Title: Welder/Fabricator (MIG & TIG)

Pay Rate: £15.00 - £18.00 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week + Overtime (Paid at time and a half)

Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and experienced TIG and MIG Welders to join our team in Leicester. This role is ideal for individuals with strong welding expertise and fabrication experience. A valid driving license is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform TIG and MIG welding to a high standard on various materials.

* Assist with fabrication tasks as required.

* Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

* Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards.

* Conduct routine maintenance of welding and fabrication equipment.

* Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.

* Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in TIG and MIG welding.

* Fabrication experience is highly preferred.

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

* A valid UK driving license.

* Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

* Flexibility to work overtime when required.
