We are looking for a dynamic help desk administrator, keen to progress their career and looking for a new challenge.

Job Description:

As the FM Helpdesk Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for incoming telephone calls and will play a crucial role in customer service and support operations. Your main responsibilities will include:

* Serving as the first point of contact for incoming telephone calls.

* Accurately processing enquiries, resolving concerns where possible, or distributing call-back requests to the relevant department with key information.

Help Desk Management:

* Responding to helpdesk queries and ensuring they are logged correctly in line with each client's contract on our Eworks management system.

* Following up on queries and planning engineer or sub-contractor attendance as required.

Coordination and Communication:

* Liaising with contractors, client representatives, and the full team, including engineers.

* Ensuring contractors are aware of outstanding issues and are addressing them in a timely manner.

* Keeping clients updated with the progress of works.

Purchase Order Management:

* Managing the PO process from the issue of standard purchase/sub-contractor orders to updating with relevant information for our Accounts team to allow payment of suppliers/subcontractors.

Required Experience:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.

* Proficiency in using management systems, preferably e-logbooks.

* Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

* Previous experience in a similar help desk or administrative role is preferred.
