At Twenty 4 Seven Education we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Health and Social Care Development Teacher to join a supportive team at a vibrant secondary school in Ramsgate. This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed educator to make a real difference in students' lives, supporting their growth and development in a key subject area.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Health and Social Care to Key Stage 3, 4, and possibly Key Stage 5 students.

* Foster a positive learning environment where students are encouraged to develop their understanding of the health and social care sector.

* Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic achievement.

* Work collaboratively with other staff members to maintain a high standard of teaching and learning.

* Ensure all students are supported in reaching their full potential, both academically and personally.

* Stay up to date with changes in the curriculum and professional development relevant to Health and Social Care.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

* Hold a relevant teaching qualification (QTS/PGCE) or equivalent.

* Have a strong subject knowledge and understanding of the Health and Social Care curriculum.

* Be passionate about education and making a positive impact on students' learning.

* Have excellent communication and classroom management skills.

* Be adaptable, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

* Previous experience teaching Health and Social Care at secondary level is preferred, but newly qualified teachers are welcome to apply.
