Title - Compliance Administrator
Hours - 8am-5pm Mon-Thurs & 8am-4.30pm Fridays
Salary - £24,000-£25,000pa DOE
Location - Doncaster
Role - Permanent
This is an exciting opportunity for the successful compliance administrator to work for an engineering manufacturer who have been established over 60 years and have gained themselves a reputation for excellence within that time, due to a steady increase in orders and design thereof they are now looking to recruit and bolster out their compliance teams where duties will include:
* Taking responsibility for H&S compliance across site
* Issuing training TBT's for sign off
* Accident reporting and filing
* Supporting business incident management and investigations
* Supporting the compliance department and maintaining company filing system to the correct format
* Supporting with H&S meetings, notes and audits
* Deputise for compliance technical document writer
It is expected that the successful compliance administrator will have experience of working in a compliance or administration role previously and:
* IOSH managing safely
* Participate in CPD on a regular basis
* Attention to detail
* Intermediate knowledge of all Microsoft office packages
