Due to a busy order book and growth we are looking to bring in an additional consultant to help expand and strengthen our business

It is important that we bring in individuals that are down to earth have a sense of humour and are devoted to their candidates and clients.

Candidates will ideally have experience of serving at least one of the following sectors:

* Industrial (Manufacturing / Warehouse)

* Engineering / Technical

* Commercial / Finance

* Construction

We are looking for Consultants that have a strong sales background and have the ability to do the following:

* Identify, progress and convert sales leads as required

* Manage and develop client relationships

* Identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements

* Monitor responses / applications received and make sure that candidates applications are processed efficiently

* Manage the recruitment process by effectively liaising with the client, candidate and internal teams

* Meet and exceed agreed financial targets
