About Us:
This school is a dedicated Special Educational Needs setting specialising in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our nurturing environment fosters growth, learning, and independence. We are seeking a committed and passionate Primary Teacher to join our team and make a tangible difference in the lives of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of students with ASD.
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and development.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and support staff, to implement personalized learning plans.
Monitor and evaluate student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed to ensure each child's success.
Foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues to support a holistic approach to education.
Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to school initiatives aimed at improving the overall quality of education.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs, particularly those with ASD, is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of differentiated teaching strategies and individualized support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and families.
A patient, compassionate, and resilient approach to teaching.
