Site Manager required to work for a medium sized housebuilder for a project near Winchester, Hampshire.

You must have a proven track record as a Site Manager on residential new build projects, ideally be Hampshire based and looking for progression within the company.

SMSTS, CSCS Black, First Aid on Site and a full drivers licence are the minimum requirements for the role. In return you will be joining a forward thinking construction company that offers a generous package and progression within the company.

The project is due to start in July 2024 but can offer an earlier start date for suitable candidates.
