Position: School Support Worker
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Pay Rate: Competitive rates of £13.33 - £15 per hour (dependent on experience)

About the Role:
As a School Support Worker in this specialized environment, you'll play a crucial role in assisting students with autism, helping them overcome barriers to learning and thrive both academically and socially. Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to students with autism, assisting them in their day-to-day learning and social development
Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other staff to create a supportive learning environment
Assist with behaviour management and promote positive behaviour in line with school policies
