V-Recruit are looking for an experienced Administrator to start work in the Rotherham area, starting in January.

This is a temporary position, with good potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Our client are a construction contractor, who work within the maintenance and facilities management industries.

Duties to include:

You will be assisting the Directors in the day to day running of the office and helping assist with the below duties.

* Manage incoming calls, emails and help to answer all enquiries in a timely manner

* Scheduling appointments and meetings, diary management skills are essential

* Completing compliance checks such as fit to work medicals, vehicle check sheets and ensuring all data records are attached to each job file and checked monthly

* Support the site teams with printing and arranging site packs for each project

* Allocating expenses to projects and updating labour costs on daily trackers

* Maintaining highly organised diaries, spreadsheets, and trackers to help with the smooth running of the office

* Contribute to a positive upbeat office culture with a goodnatured attitude

* Any other ad hoc office based duties

£12-£14 Per hour, depending on experience

Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.

Fully office based

Free parking on site

The chosen candidate will be an experienced Administrator from a construction background, who is a confident communicator, self-motivated, reliable, and hardworking.

We are looking for someone who has experience in a busy administrative environment, with the ability to balance a varied workload.

You will need experience with Microsoft Office packages, such as Outlook, Excel and Word.
