Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise classes during teacher absences, following pre-set lesson plans
* Maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour
* Support students with their learning and keep them on task
* Adapt to different subjects and year groups as needed

Requirements:
* A UK degree related to subjects taught within the secondary school curriculum (e.g., English, Maths, Science, Humanities)
* Strong communication skills and confidence in leading a classroom
* A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to engage and motivate students
* An interest in pursuing a career in teaching or education
