We are looking for Logistics Manager to start immediately for our client based in Bury St Edmunds.

Logistics Manager responsibilities include:

Monday to Friday 8am - 17:30pm

You will be reporting directly to the Operations manager.

Daily management of transportation

Manage all staff within the transport department and support the warehouse/yard operations

Conduct regular staff meetings and support with any required training and guidance to enhance the employers skills and performance

Coordinate with all departments to ensure a smooth running logistic operation

Dealing with all holidays and sickness as per company procedure

Conduct regular staff reviews alongside HR to manage employers performance

As a Logistics Manager you must:

• Previous experience in a logistic management role is a MUST
• Previous experience managing a fleet of vehicles
• Successful candidate managing
• Knowledge of RWT
• Computer literate
• Excellent communication skills
