Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Support Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office and assist our accountants in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Manage daily administrative tasks including answering phone calls, handling correspondence, and maintaining client records.
Client Coordination: Schedule and coordinate client meetings, prepare meeting materials, and follow up on client inquiries.
Document Management: Organize and maintain digital and physical files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Financial Administration: Assist with invoicing, processing payments, and managing expense reports.
Office Management: Oversee office supplies inventory, coordinate with vendors, and ensure the office environment is efficient and well-maintained.
Team Support: Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry, report generation, and assisting with special projects.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a professional services or accountancy firm.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with accounting software is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
