Objective:
Support the Sales team to develop opportunities, build and maintain strong and lasting relationships, provide product knowledge, identifying & qualify leads, quote projects and provide exceptional customer service.

Duties

•Support customers with project pricing and deliveries
•Take calls coming into the office and deal with queries where possible
•Log quotations, sales orders and weekly figures on to the system
•Process orders to produce confirmations
•Update and maintain the CRM system
•Follow up quotations in order to gain new orders
•Support the Sales team with additional initiatives
•Keep up to date with both new product and competitor activity
•Ensure good working relationships with customers and colleagues

Essential

•Confidence to call customers as well as take calls
•Working knowledge of MS Office
•Excellent verbal & written communication skills
•Team player who will pitch in to help
