Position:  EYFS Teaching Assistant

About Us:

We are working with busy but friendly infant school. They have worked hard to create an exciting and inspirational environment.  The school is now looking for a proactive and energetic EYFS Teaching Assistant. In this role, you will be required to support a non-verbal child in Reception on a 1:1 basis. Willingness to do personal care is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the class teacher where required.

Support a child on a 1:1 basis.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities.

Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.

Provide feedback to pupils in relation to their progress and achievement.

Requirements:

Qualifications: Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent

Experience: Previous experience working in a Primary School

Knowledge: Understanding of SEN and EYFS

Desirable: Willingness to do personal care
