Are you a passionate and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for your next exciting opportunity? Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated HLTA to join a welcoming primary school in North Sheffield from April 2025.

About the Role:

Full-time HLTA position
Supporting EYFS to Year 6, covering the whole primary age range
Delivering pre-planned lessons and supporting teachers in raising attainment
Providing targeted intervention and classroom support
Working closely with staff to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment

About You:

HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different age groups
Passion for education and making a positive impact on young learners
Excellent communication and organisational skills
