🔧 We're looking for a talented individual who can plan, coordinate, and oversee the safe and efficient installation of jobs in collaboration with our team of engineers and subcontractors. 🔹 As an Installation Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Managing the on-site process and promptly addressing any issues that may arise, such as variation orders and day works agreements.
Overseeing subcontractor network development and maintenance, ensuring high-quality work and optimal service delivery.
Liaising with suppliers to secure the best prices for materials and enhance our service offerings.
Being the point of contact for after-sales issues related to purchased or manufactured items.
Collaborating with our Health and Safety consultant to produce and maintain Risk Assessment and Method Statement documents.
Improving our in-house systems by providing valuable feedback and suggesting enhancements.
Supporting engineer management through training, workload management, appraisals, motivation, and disciplinary actions when necessary.

⭐️ To excel in this role, you must have:

Previous experience in a managerial role within the installation industry, demonstrating your ability to lead and inspire a team.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, allowing you to effectively manage projects and overcome challenges.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to engage with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
An understanding of health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to the role.
