We are seeking highly qualified and experienced Science Teachers to join our team of dedicated educators in secondary schools across Harlow.
 
As a Science Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons to students aged 11-16, fostering a love of science and promoting academic excellence.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver, and assess a range of science lessons, including biology, chemistry, and physics, to students of varying abilities.
Develop and implement innovative and inclusive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
Monitor student progress, identify areas of improvement, and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, resources, and expertise.
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of science curriculum and policies.
Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject, such as biology, chemistry, or physics.
A teaching qualification, such as QTS or equivalent.
Proven experience teaching science in a secondary school setting.
Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the national curriculum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing circumstances.
