Your responsibilities as a Service Controller will include-

Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer sites.
Monitor the progress of service activities and ensure timely completion.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service issues.
Maintain accurate records of service activities, including job logs, work orders, and service reports.
Ensure optimal allocation of resources, including personnel, tools, and equipment.Experience essential for the Service Controller role -

Experience working as a Service Controller - will consider other industries
Great communication skills and problem solving skills
Ability to problem solve
