Description

• Process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate customer invoices and monitor payments.
• Chase overdue accounts and maintain an accurate debtors ledger.
• Bank Reconciliations
• Assist with managing petty cash and employee expenses.
• General Finance Administration
• Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects.
• Maintain up-to-date records in the accounting system.

Profile

A successful Finance Assistant should have:

• A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Excellent understanding of financial regulations and accounting processes
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, databases and accounting software
