We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Lead to play a key role in leading on Recruitment for our Support Services and Therapeutic Services.

About the role:
You'll work in partnership with Senior Stakeholders the Group to ensure Recruitment for these key roles is undertaken with an efficient and candidate focused approach.
From identification of vacancy, through to offer and onboarding, you'll work with the Head of Recruitment & Onboarding on deciding best attraction strategy, you'll screen candidates, arrange interviews & make offers, ensuring every applicant has the best possible experience when apply to work with us.
We're looking for a Recruitment lead that takes a creative and innovate approach to recruitment.
Experience and skills required:
- Experience in Recruiting in Children's Residential homes or similar is essential, with an understanding of working in a regulated environment
- Demonstrable experience of recruiting/resourcing in a full 360 role in a fast paced and changing environment.
- Experience of Recruiting heads of department roles and 'back office' roles/
- Experience of Recruiting Occupational Therapist, Speech and Language Therapists, Psychotherapists and Psychologists is desirable.
- Including use of social media and job boards for CV searching alerts, and headhunting techniques.
- Must be people focused and have a confident manner.
- Excellent administrative skills, with a strong ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Key experience of working with and advising line managers.
- First class IT skills including ATS systems and Excel.
- Collaborative and results focused.
You will be based at Home with travel to our head office, schools, and homes as required, so a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
