£34,000 full time equivalent, £18,200 pro-rataOur client, a not-for-profit organisation is currently looking for an Apprenticeship Manager to join their team on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage apprenticeship programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards
Recruit, mentor, and support apprentices throughout their training and development
Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to create and deliver high-quality training materials
Monitor and evaluate the progress of apprentices, providing feedback and support as needed
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements

Proven experience in managing apprenticeship programs
Strong organisational and communication skills
A passion for developing and mentoring young talent
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
