Arise Recruit is excited to be working with a dynamic and forward thinking architectural practice in Rugby, renowned for its innovative designs and diverse project portfolio. We are supporting this company and searching for a talented Architect or Architectural Technician to join their established team of around 15 staff. Offering a competitive salary of £40 - 50k, this role provides the chance to work on an array of exciting projects. For many years this company has carried out a lot of work with elite sports organisations, delivering diverse projects across training facilities. In addition to the sports and leisure work they have hotel refurbishment projects, new build residential projects ranging from one to 50+ units, new build schools and community based projects. Applicants can be assured of a varied workload.

Key Responsibilities - Architect Role

*

Support the design and development of projects from inception to completion.

*

Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and REVIT.

*

Manage construction stages, with good knowledge of design specifications and building regulations.

*

Communicate well with clients and contractors deliver high-standard projects.

*

Contribute to masterplanning and mixed-use developments.

Skills and Qualifications

*

RIBA / ARB or CIAT Membership, with Ideally a min of 2 years post qualification experience

*

Proven experience in the construction stage of projects with a strong understanding of on-site processes.

*

In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and standards.

*

Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT, Adobe Suite, and Excel.

*

Strong communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with clients and contractors.

*

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
