Salary: Up to £40,000

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing accurate cost estimates and budgets
Managing contracts, procurement, and subcontractor negotiations
Monitoring project costs and ensuring profitability
Providing financial progress reports and valuations
Assisting with project planning and risk management
Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field (preferred)
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
Mechanical experience is advantageous
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Willingness to learn and grow within a specialist industry
Resides locally or willing to commute
