Role: Procurement Legal Counsel

£65,000 - £90,000

Location: London (Hybrid)

An opportunity has emerged for a huge London Market Insurer!

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate a range of commercial contracts and agreements across business functions.
• Provide ongoing legal support throughout the contract lifecycle to the business in risk mitigation and value for money from third party suppliers.
• Support in meeting contractual regulatory requirements
• Technical knowledge of areas of law and regulation relevant to supplier contracts
• Stay aware of changing regulations and update existing contracts to ensure they meet new regulatory requirements
• Insurance background
• Build excellent internal stakeholder relationships with business leaders to ensure Procurement is a key enabler for business success
