Key Responsibilities

* Finance System Implementation - Ensure the new Oracle Fusion Financials system meets business requirements and supports transformation objectives.

* Chart of Accounts Design & Implementation - Lead the development and rollout of a new Chart of Accounts, ensuring alignment with reporting and management information needs.

* Stakeholder Engagement - Work closely with key stakeholders at all levels to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.

* Project Leadership - Collaborate with workstream leads and technical teams to maintain focus, enthusiasm, and momentum.

* Change Management - Support, promote, and implement transformation initiatives, driving adoption of new processes and overcoming resistance to change.

* Collaboration & Oversight - Engage effectively with consultants and business partners while ensuring project integrity.

Key Requirements

* Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Financials, with a deep understanding of system capabilities, configuration, and best practices.

* Expertise in Chart of Accounts design and implementation within a financial systems transformation project.

* Proven ability to lead large-scale finance transformation initiatives in a complex organisation.

* Experience working closely with both technical teams and finance professionals to ensure system capabilities align with business needs.

* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across different levels of an organisation.
