The Commercial Broker roleAs the Finance Consultant for the brokerage, you will discuss clients’ circumstances and provide advice and support to secure the best financial solution to meet their requirements. There will be a range of cases for you to work on, these can include regulated and unregulated bridging and development finance and portfolio buy to let.It would be desirable for you to have a varied knowledge and a passion for property finance, with the ability and drive to build your professional network, generating new business to supplement the clients provided by the Finance brokerage. • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients
• Assess clients' financial information, creditworthiness, and eligibility
• Analyse and compare finance products from various lenders.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Actively seek new relationships and generate new business

Commercial Broker Package

• Salary £30k - £50k
• 3x Validation then 25% Commission
• OTE £100k

Commercial Broker desired skills and experience

• Experience as Finance Consultant / Finance Broker
• Experience with Bridging Finance, Development Finance and Portfolio buy to let
