Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and Baking:
  • Prepare doughs, batters, icings, and other components by following recipes.
  • Bake a variety of items, including bakes, cakes, cookies, pies, and tarts.
  • Ensure proper baking techniques are used to achieve the desired quality and consistency.
• Quality Control:
  • Inspect products for quality and adherence to recipes and specifications.
  • Adjust processes as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.
• Inventory Management:
  • Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and ingredients.
  • Order supplies as needed and manage storage to minimize waste and spoilage.

Sanitation and Safety:

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure all equipment is cleaned and maintained regularly.
• Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination

Creativity and Innovation:

• Develop new recipes and product offerings.
• Stay updated on current baking trends and techniques
