Your Role as a SEN Teaching Assistant:

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students' learning and development, adapting to individual needs to help each student reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting students with various special educational needs, including ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), ADHD, SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health), Dyslexia, and Physical Disabilities.

*

Providing personalised support aligned with each student's Individual Education Plan (IEP), under the guidance of the class teacher or SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator).

*

Offering 1-to-1 support for students with complex needs, helping them engage in lessons and work towards individual learning goals.

What the School is Looking For:

High-achieving graduate in Psychology or a similar field, ideally from a Russell Group university.

A passion for a career in Educational Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, Clinical or Child Psychology, or Art/Music Therapy.
