Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Systems Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training materials and programmes to support staff across the organisation. You will focus on e-learning, virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and blended learning methods to ensure employees can fully utilise IT systems effectively.

As an IT Systems Trainer, you will work closely with various departments, identifying training needs, creating engaging content, and delivering training sessions that enhance IT skills and system knowledge. You will also support the development and implementation of the organisation's IT training strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and e-learning resources to support IT system users.

* Deliver virtual and in-person training to ensure employees can effectively use internal systems.

* Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and develop tailored training programmes.

* Organise and coordinate training sessions, ensuring high engagement and participation.

* Maintain expertise in e-learning technologies and digital training tools.

* Provide ongoing support and guidance to system users and super users.

* Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, using feedback to improve learning outcomes.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine IT training strategies.

Key Skills & Experience:

* Proven experience in IT training, e-learning development, or business systems training.

* Strong knowledge of virtual training tools, e-learning platforms, and instructional design.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Experience in developing and delivering engaging training content.

* Ability to manage multiple training projects and meet deadlines.

* Strong understanding of data protection and information governance.

* Relevant training qualifications (e.g., PTLLS, CIPD L&D, NVQ Level 3/4 in Learning & Development)
