We are hiring a Data Governance Manager for an insurance company who are expanding their data team. The role involves expanding the data governance capabilities in the organisation while managing various stakeholders.

THE COMPANY:

This role is for a multinational insurance company who are looking to implement data governance capabilities across the business. The organisation has a large data team spanning across Data Engineering, BI and Data Science. The company has built a culture based on professional development and community. This role reports to a Data Management Lead.

THE ROLE:

As a Data Governance Manager, you will be working to expand the Data Governance framework across the business. The basics of the framework have already been built out but the company is looking to expand this. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a data governance role, people management experience, and experience with data cataloging tools.
