We are recruiting for an experienced Field Service Coffee Engineer with a positive mindset and excellent customer-facing skills to join our growing team.

About Us

We are a leading coffee company serving East Anglia, the Home Counties, and London.

The Role

This is a key role for a highly motivated individual who is organised, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Ideally based in Hertfordshire, you will report to the Group Service Manager and respond to service calls allocated by our Service Co-ordinator. The role covers, but is not exclusive to, the North Home Counties, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, and London.

Our range of equipment includes:

Traditional coffee machines

Tabletop bean-to-cup machines

Fresh milk machines

Free-standing hot beverage machines

Snack/can and food vending machines

Water coolers and hot water boilers

Various payment systems

Preferred Experience

Experience with traditional coffee equipment such as La Spaziale, Gaggia, La Marzocco, and Conti.

Familiarity with vending manufacturers such as Crane, Coffetek, and Evoca (N&W).

While preferred, full training will be provided for an exceptional candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair equipment at customer sites to ensure optimal functionality.

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions promptly.

Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to minimise downtime.

Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service.

Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and installations.

Stay updated on industry standards and equipment advancements to enhance service delivery.
