Location: Remote - Can be based anywhere in the UK, Must be able to work in Bristol for initial onboarding of 2 days and then it will move to 2 office visits a month.

Salary: Day Rate of £400 a day (umbrella)

Duration: 6 month fixed term contract

Robert half is working with a client to recruit for a Financial Accountant for a six-month contract. This is a great role for someone with an IFRS 15 background and is looking for their next contract opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver accurate month-end reports in compliance with accounting standards
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes in line with strategic objectives
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting to provide valuable insights for decision-making
• Ensure compliance with IFRS 15 and other regulatory requirements
• Assist with audit processes, including control testing and implementation of recommendations
• Provide technical accounting support and address financial reporting queries
• Contribute to risk reporting and support control improvement initiatives
• Assist with finance transformation projects and process improvements

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of IFRS 15 and financial reporting standards
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
