We have a very exciting opportunity for an experienced sales administrator to join a well-established family feel business. Our client is looking for a well-organized person with excellent communication skills who will help support the sales department!
Key responsibilities:
- Processing a high volume of product orders.
- Producing works orders.
- Producing guarantee and product description labels.
- Processing invoices.
- Checking prices and product codes against orders.
- Reporting weekly sales input to management.
- Supporting sales with general operations to help reach the company’s objectives.
- Taking phone calls from customers and dealing with enquiries.
- Producing quotations.
- Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
- Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.
- Managing and organising samples for customers.
- Keeping filing up to date.
Key skills and experience:
- High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
- Ability to prioritise own workload.
- Strong communication skills.
- Well versed in IT skills for example Microsoft Word / Excel and SAGE.
- An administrative or sales background.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must be flexible, work well under pressure and have an eye for detail.
