Applicants Should:

• Have experience supporting children with challenging behaviours in a primary school setting.

• Be knowledgeable in behaviour management strategies and emotional regulation techniques.

• Demonstrate patience, adaptability, and a passion for education.

• Hold relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 3 Teaching Assistant, HLTA status, or equivalent).

• Possess a valid DBS check or be willing to undergo one.
