Yorkshire Community Healthcare are looking for empathetic, compassionate and caring Care and Support Workers in Leeds.
Yorkshire Community Healthcare is a complex care provider who strive to fulfil all of their clients physical, mental, clinical and non-clinical care needs.
Job Specifics:
You would be required to support a young boy with Autism and ADHD on a 2:1 basis. Your job role will entail playing games with him and helping him access the community for leisure.
Shift Pattern:
20hrs per week
3 weekdays (4-hour shifts including travel time). 4-hour shift on Sundays. It all depends on when the client wants to go out.
After school during the week and anytime on weekends. 2.30pm - 6.30pm
Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to complete the physical aspects of the role such as Moving and handling
- At least 6-months of UK based care experience
- Knowledge of complex care is desired
- Are willing to do alternative weekends or 1 weekend out of 4
- All successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check
