Clearpath Recruitment are looking for an Assistant Contract Manager to join our client based in Battlesbridge, Essex.

Job Duties

* Must have experience with New Build housing developments.

* Experience with roofing preferred but not essential.

* 30-40k per annum depending on experience.

* Assisting with contracts and all the associated elements that come with this.

* Assist Contract Manager to enable them to carry out thorough contract meetings, reports and meeting minutes with all associated parties.

* Ensure all Health and Safety regulations are met and implemented.

* Office based.

* 20 Days Annual Leave.

* 4.5 day working week.

* Healthcare.

* 10% Car Allowance.
