Marketing and Communications Executive Membership Organisation Up to £34,000 PA (FTE) Abingdon Hybrid (3 days a week in office)

About the RoleA key member of the marketing team, the role of the Marketing and Communications Executive is to assist the Marketing and Communications Manager in executing strategic initiatives that promote and enhance the messaging and services of the organisation. The position involves a combination of CRM management, creative and written responsibilities, supporting on key events, administrative tasks, and effective communication skills to contribute to the overall success of marketing campaigns and activities.

Responsibilities

• Management of CRM system ensuring data is kept up to date through regular cleansing
• Regular reporting on audience engagement
• Content creation - creative and impactful both online and offline marketing assets
• Social media management - manage day to day running of the accounts as well as coming up with creative ideas, monitoring and implementing social media trends, and tracking audience engagement
• Collaborate with the wider team and provide support where necessary

Required Skills

• Highly IT literate including knowledge of CRM systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and the ability to effectively proof-read
• Proficient user of Adobe Cloud Suite
• Fluent in Social Media, in particular Twitter and LinkedIn in a business environment and knowledge of a scheduling tool such as Hootsuite
