Job: Maintenance Supervisor

Area: Lambeth + Sounndonding

Salary: £40/43k

My client a leading social housing main contractor are currently seeking an experienced repairs supervisor to come on board managing contracts in Lambeth and the surrounding areas.

Duties:

* Complete Pre and post property inspections

* Monitoring KPI's and trade operatives

* Making sure all trade operatives adhere to the H+S regulations

* Liaising with the client , tenants and trade operatives

* Responsible for providing a overview of completed work to the contracts manager

* Undertaking other duties to help other supervisors out by participating in call outs

* Manage defects/Recalls The successful candidate must have experience within social housing and/or an repairs and maintenance environment.

Requirements:

* SMSTS

* Supervisory Experience

* Social housing experience

* UK Driving Licence
